Second AGM in Grahamstown
The second VSA AGM took place on Saturday, the 20th of August 2011 at 11am in Grahamstown, South Africa at the VSA headquarters. Seven VSA members attended the meeting incl. all board members. 3 members joined the meeting via skype or telephone. 12 members apologised.
Agenda:
1.Welcome, introduction of board and regular members, apologies.
2. Presentation of financial report by Amanda McPhail. (Please, contact us for details.)
3. Presentation of annual report incl. strategy and future planning by Anna and Ron Wertlen (AGM report 2011.pptx.pdf)
4.General discussion and networking, planning of future projects and collaborations.

First AGM in Berlin
The first VSA AGM took place on Sunday, the 27th of June 2010 at 11am in Berlin-Wannsee: Bismarckstr. 18, 14109. Ten VSA members attended the meeting incl. all board members and most of the founding members.
